John Coggin
John Coggin, or John Dos Passos Coggin, first book, an authorized biography of legendary Florida politician Lawton Chiles entitled Walkin' Lawton, was published in November 2012. The book won the Samuel Proctor Award for oral history scholarship from the Florida Historical Society. Currently, Coggin works as a freelance writer in Richmond, VA. His second book is in development.
